 The River Oaks Shopping Center hosted Best of Spring 2011 Fashion Show which benifited the American Heart Association February 23 at the River Oaks Theater. The catwalk featured spring forward apparel from Em & Lee, GAP, La Mode Lingerie, La Mode Swim, Luke's Locker, LMD Boutique, Rebecca & Drew, Chico's, 310 Rosemont, Twice New, Haut Chocolat, Enticingly Chic, Jos.
