Penelope Ann Miller shines this month as The Artist cleans house and with the upcoming Oscars - The Artist shines again with ten nominations. 


My sites are set on Penelope's fashion. She looked absolutely stunning at the Golden Globes in a lovely Pamella Roland gown.

Golden Collar Awards | Dog News Daily

Penelope Ann Miller of The Artist hosted Dog News Daily's 1st annual Golden Collar Awards  with her co-star Uggie. Uggie received two Golden Collar nominations for playing the roles of 'Queenie' in Water for Elephants & for hist role in the The Artist.

'Uggie learned of his double nominations while announcing the nominations with his co-star from The Artist Penelope Ann Miller. The two stars announced nominees for Dog News Daily's 1st Annual Golden Collar Awards in five separate categories, including Best Dog in A Theatrical Film, Best Dog in a Foreign Film, Best Dog in a Television Series, Best Dog in Reality Series and Best Dog in a Direct-to-DVD Film. Uggie was the only canine to receive two nominations!' - Dog News Daily
