Penelope Ann Miller, of the Oscar-winning movie "The Artist," hosted the Golden Collar awards with her canine co-star, Uggie. The awards took place in Los Angeles and I was there to get a behind-the-scenes look and the scoop on Penelope's everyday fashion.
The Golden Collar Awards at Grauman's Egyptian Theater in February is for the dog stars of Hollywood.
Penelope showed in a classic blue ensemble that was absolutely gorgeous on her figure. "I purchased my heels in SoHo," she said, speaking of the neighborhood in lower Manhattan. The shoes were by Matilda.
Penelope is always glamorous, whether hosting local award shows, arriving on the red carpet at the Oscars, or accepting various awards for "The Artist."
